Frequently Asked Questions

What price range of bridal gowns you offer?
We offer dresses for every budget. Most of our gowns range from $600-$2000.

Do I need an appointment to try on wedding gowns?
Our consultants are dedicated to giving you the best service possible; therefore, we prefer appointments to view bridal gowns. Walk-ins are welcome, but there is no guarantee that a consultant will be available to assist you. No appointment is necessary for bridesmaids, mothers, or flower girl dresses.

How far in advance should I make an appointment?
You should call us as soon as you know you are available, so you can get the exact date and time you prefer. The most popular appointments occur during the evening and on Saturdays.

How long should I allow for an appointment?
Usually, an hour and a half is sufficient. Your bridal consultant will take the time to discuss your wedding details, listen to your ideas and offer suggestions.

Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely! We suggest you bring someone with an opinion you value. We have a sitting area for your guests.

What do I need to bring?
You are welcome to bring any pictures you may have for ideas, but this is not necessary. We will provide you with everything you need for your visit. If you would prefer to wear your own strapless bra and the size of heel you would like to wear on your wedding, you are welcome to do so. If not, we can provide you with those items.

I am a plus size. Do you have any gowns I can try on in my size?
Of course! We have many gowns in our store for you to choose from.

How soon in advance should I order my bridal party attire?
For your Bridal Gown, a safe and comfortable time frame is seven months to one year before your wedding. With our designers, an average bridal gown delivery can take about 16 weeks. Fittings should begin two months before the wedding. Certain dresses are available more quickly than others and rushes are available for weddings that are coming up quickly.

We recommend ordering Bridesmaid's and Mother's gowns at least six months before the wedding as they can take up to four months to arrive. A fitting should be scheduled six weeks before the wedding.

My wedding is a year away, what is the advantage of ordering my gown so far in advance?
Aside from bridal designers needing significant time to deliver your gown, ordering your gown well in advance will give you the peace of mind that a major decision is taken care of and the process has begun. Another advantage is that the decisions that follow will be much easier to make, knowing exactly what you will be wearing.

Do I have to pick up my dress when it arrives?
No, you are welcome to leave your gown with us on premises for as long as you wish at no charge. Your gown will be safely protected in our store.
